南米のチリ、サンティアゴよりNicolas Diaｚ Gyslingさんが訪問稽古に来られました。彼はチリでご自分の道場を経営しており、剣道や居合道など南米各地でご指導されております。
二天一流の稽古は今回二度目。去年のチリで行われた加治屋宗家によるワークショップに参加していました。三日間彼の稽古を見ていて思ったのですが、まず姿勢がよく立ち姿が大変美しいです。是非今後とも二天一流の稽古を続けて頂きたいですね。
今回巌流島で一日稽古を行ったのですが、沢山の蜻蛉が私たちを取り巻きまるで一緒に稽古をしているかのようでした。
下の写真には偶然に蜻蛉が映り込んでいますね。
この日に加治屋宗家が蜻蛉についてお話しくださいましたのでご紹介したいと思います。
We took a keiko this time in Ganryujima,but many Tombo(dragonflies)seemed to take a keiko together.
A tombo appears in the photograph accidentally.
I want to introduce that Kajiya Soke talked about a Tombo on this day.
蜻蛉は勝ち虫と呼ばれているのをご存知でしょうか？蜻蛉は前にしか進まず（飛ばず）退かない事から「不転退（退くに転せず、決して退却をしない）」と言う精神を表すものとして武士には縁起物として兜や鎧、刀の鍔などの武具などに用いられ、現代では剣道具や竹刀袋の柄として用いられることが多いそうです。
Does the Tombo that called a Kachimushi(Victry insect)in Japan? The Tombo does not fall down at all behind only go forward.This mind is popular among samurais as design of the Kabuto(helmet)Yoroi(armor)Tsuba etc…It used a lot for the Tombo design of Kendougu and the Shinai bag in the present age.
勝負事では縁起物として好まれているそうですが、この蜻蛉たち・・・観光客の方たちには群がることなく、このお二人に群がるとは中々お目が高いと感心致しました。
流石勝ち虫。
It is popular as a Engimono(a mascot by the game of chance)However, this tombos…To gather around these mens without gathering around the tourist!! Tombos have a very good eye.Great Kachimushi!!
前にしか進まず。私もそんな蜻蛉の様に生きて行きたいと思った日でした。
Advance forward…I wanted to live like a Tombo,too.
